GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

The Administrative Department is headed by the Head of Administration. The department is the heartbeat of the hospital. It is also the  engine room of the hospital as every management's decision and policy are relayed to various department, clinics and units through the Administrative Department. 

The Administrative Department performs the following functions among others;

*Maintaining proper documentation 

*Ensuring compliance with regulations

*Ensuring health care ethics

*Managing staff

*Communicating expectations and objectives to staff

*Hiring and training of staff

*Organizing hospital services etc
