The Dental Centre, UNIMEDTH, Akure Complex comprises a number of departments vis-à-vis Preventive Dentistry (Periodontology, Community Dentistry), Restorative Dentistry (Conservative Dentistry and Prosthodontics), Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Child Dental Health, and Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology/Oral Medicine/Oral radiology. The Dental Centre, through its various departments provides preventive, promotive, restorative, curative and rehabilitative services for the populace. We are also involved in the training of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The categories of our members of staff include doctors, dental surgery technicians, dental technologists, dental therapists, administrative staff and health attendants.
