The procurement/ store department is the brain behind the availability of medical equipment and consumables for the smooth running of the Teaching hospital.  

Our services include purchase of medical oxygen,  medical equipment, hospital essential needs,  consumables, stationeries,  printings,  laboratory reagents,  furniture and electronic appliances.

The day to day running of the department includes issuance of medical materials to units,  wards, department and clinics. The department observes morning and afternoon shift to be able to discharge its duties effectively.

The relevance of the department is prompt issuance and provision of all the necessary medical materials for efficient and effective service delivery in the hospital.

The goal and vision of the department is to make sure that patient's needs and expectations are met  promptly through the availability and provision of all needed materials required for the patient's well being.
